12. installation and fabrication safety installers and fabricators should always wear a protective face covering (e.g., dust mask) and eye protection when handling, cutting and installing Concrete Collaborative products as well as working with the adhesive, grout, sealers and other materials associated with the installation process in accordance with California Prop 65 (https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/). WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm -- www.P65Warnings.ca.gov (http:// www.p65warnings.ca.gov/). Although Concrete Collaborative has a relatively low silica content when compared to some natural stone and quartz surfaces, there is always risk involved in working with crystalline silica substances when they are mechanically processed (for example cutting and grinding) in which dust is generated. Once installed following our installation instructions, there is no ongoing health risk. Always fabricate and cut material using a wet process. If on a job site, Concrete Collaborative recommends this work be done outside or in a well-ventilated area. Be sure to wash your hands well with soap and water after working with our products. Ensuring a workplace is without risk to the health and safety of any person, as is reasonably practical, is the responsibility of the person with management and control of the workplace.
